Being home

Being home is alright. I definately have missed my bed and my cats, but not all the other stuff that comes along with being home here in Oceanside.

SO...let me just start off by saying this is a completely random blog and that I am weird.

 So excited because I got the cutest Betsy Johnson duck watch! It couldnt have been any more perfect!

 I love ducks. Hence, my duck collection. Wedding ducks, ducks from Disneyland, Vegas, and everywhere else.

 Tryin out my new camera again. Can you see my kitty??? :)

 I love this....Jordan has a big tough guy pic and Im below him in my 7th grade characature. Perfect.

AHH it's so messy, but it will have to do :)

Missionary Girlfriend's Christmas

Well, for Christmas, my two favorite presents (besides chatting with my eternal companion :)) was a new camera and a huge box of envelopes. Why you ask? Because now 1. I can sent Jordan better pics, and 2. I have more envelopes :) Self explanatory!

AHHHHHHHHH CHRISTMAS PHONE CALLLL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just had the best phone call since last May!! It was incredibly amazing!!!

So Jordan said he would call between 10:30am and 12pm my time. So I waited and waited and waited and BAM its 10:30!!! SO I keep waiting and staring at my phone, checking to make sure it has service yada yada yada. Then at 11:03am RIIIIIIIIINGGGGGGGGGGGG A PHONE NUMBER FROM VIRGINIA!! I took a deep breath, said hello, and then I hear "BAAAAABYYYYY I LOVEEEE YOUUU ITSSSS MEEEEEE!!!" Hahahaha best thing of my life!!!! We talked about how far weve come, and how so very much in love we are. He also told me, "Babe, I just cant wait until youre graduated to marry you. It has to be before :)" He knows how to make my heart melt!!! Then all of a sudden we got disconnected (and I didnt even realize it lol) till my phone rings again and hes like oops!! hahaah. So we talked and talked, and ended it because we didnt want to go over time because we were very fortunate in the first place to have permission from his Mission president to talk in the first place. He just told me he is so thankful for me and couldnt do this mission without me. He makes my life so complete, and I KNOW this wait will be so worth it!!!!

PS: I only got teary eyed on the phone...cuz I was trying to keep it as positive as possible, then cried like a baby when we hung up. SUCCESSS!!! <3

The Nutcracker

So last night Alex and I went and saw the Nutcracker at the San Diego Civic Center and it was amazing!! The San Diego Symphony was so amazing too!! Im glad I have such great friends to spend the holidays with!! Without them I dont know where I would be!

Also, I am very excited to talk to the love of my life tomorrow. I was thinking, if I could have ONE thing for Christmas, what would it be? Obviously my first choice would be to have my boyfriend back, but then I was thinking, I DONT WANT HIM BACK RIGHT NOW! not for at least 7 more months :) I love him so much ;)

I hate...

when my mom yells. It ruins my world. There is something about her yell that stings so bad it feels like death. Its like her words and tone of voice pierce through me like a sword ready for battle. When other people yell, it doesnt phase me. But its something about when she yells...its awful. And mean. And scary. And sometimes I cant wait to get out of here.

Updates and Such :)

HELLO!! Well, December 10th  was my 21st birthday! It was lonely, I was let down, but thanks to the Flores' and Michelle, it was great. First, we all went to Buca Di Beppo :) :

Then, Michelle and I hit up some lounges in Hollywood just so I could flash my ID hehe (btw, the missionaries gave me this tiara hahaha)

 

In other news, a friend made me this picture and I love it :) also, I updated my DOM

So that's pretty much it. Last night, Alex and I saw the New Year's movie, and it got me SUPER excited for 2012 :)

Okay sooo this day has been amazing for 2 reasons...

REASON 1: I got this email:

Contents of the last birthday package I will recieve from his mission!! yay!! He gave me 42087505 pictures, the Doctrine and Covenants DVD pack Ive been wanting, the most romantic card ever, 8 page letter, Believing Christ book, Book of Mormon stories book I needed, aaand a baby. Perfect :) I love my Jordan

And I got a jacket he drowned in his cologne. 

Today, life is good.
